Went to steak n shake for dinner at around 4 PM with my boyfriend, I ordered the original double and cheese steak burger with everything except onions, fries, and a chocolate shake. Started feeling sick about a half hour after eating, got diarrhea, within 2 hours I was vomiting  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

12 月 8 日星期六下午 4:30 左右，我在他们的 2445 威廉姆斯大道吃了肯德基，肯纳，洛杉矶 70062。我有一个 3 块混合脆皮鸡肉和玉米和薯条。这是我那天第一次也是最后一次吃东西。由于我有可怕的症状，我害怕吃东西。我呕吐了 6 次，腹泻，身体疼痛，胃痛和头痛。我的朋友也在这里吃过，但她有原来的鸡肉。她只有腹泻。现在是星期一，我唯一的症状是身体疼痛。

Chick Fila，2018 年 12 月 7 日... 吃了一个带泡菜的鸡肉三明治和我妈妈的一个华夫饼薯条。大约 1-2 之后开始肠抽筋。整夜都因肠绞痛，（今天）头晕，diarrehea，肠痉挛，bel 气/酸，食欲不振，恶心和轻微头痛。24 小时后仍出现症状。

When we ordered our food I got a Big mac meal, and a McChicken. When we actually got our food the fries were cold but It didn't really bug me. The next day I had severe symptoms of food poisoning. I am very disappointed and probably will not eat there again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
