三天我吃了两块鸡和薯条。那天晚上，我突然出现了大量的腹泻和发烧，整夜熬夜。直到现在我才开始感觉好些，即使那样我仍然有腹泻并且需要药物。我的医生告诉我，让我生病的细菌来自生鸡或未煮熟的鸡肉，所以我知道它来自肯德基。远离它。

I ate some chicken, fries and popcorn fries with watered down gravy and in few hours after it all came out and was sick all night till morning... did not sleep at all... finally at 10 in the morning i was able to hold down water.... wasnt the first time i got sick after eating there  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

昨晚下午 4 点 30 分左右我吃了 saucum 汉堡（但是你拼写的是汉堡包里面有蔬菜和培根）然后我得到了薯条和雪碧。大约晚上 11 点左右，我开始出现严重的腹泻和来回呕吐。情况变得如此糟糕，我无法呼吸，头晕，到处都是抽筋，冷汗从头到脚颤抖。今天是下午 4 点 54 分我还生病。我希望这很快就结束了。

I ordered the chicken shawarma plate with greek salad, rice, and they gave me fries instead of potatoes. The food arrived around 7:30 pm on Sunday November 18th, I finished eating around 8:00 pm; symptoms began around 8:30 pm with diahrea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ate half of a Holiday Melt sandwich, about 5 french fries and half of a piece of Pecan Pie. Ate this at about 7pm on 11/17/18. Became severely flushed and nauseated an hour later. Have had horrible stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, fever and general malaise since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

A few days ago I ordered takeout from White Castle. My family and I ate the food... which was a sack of 20 cheese burgers and fries. A few hours afterward we became very sick. 我在 11 月 15 日去了这个地方，吃了一顿巨无霸餐。尝起来有点不对，但我什么也没想到。除了一口之外，我吃完了大部分三明治，我几乎没碰过我的薯条。我的室友吃完了。几个小时之内我的胃开始真的很疼。起初我以为这可能是乳制品的反应，因为我对乳糖不耐症，但我事先吃了一粒药来否定这一点。接下来的 4 天，今天是第 4 天。我的胃和小腹有几处抽筋。更微妙但持续的痉挛会经常爆发为极度疼痛。今天是第四天，抽筋和耀斑仍然伴随腹泻，但不如前两天那么可怕。我现在似乎无法吃任何不会让我讨厌自己的生活的东西。
