周六晚上（2/1/20），晚上 11 点左右在一家餐厅吃晚饭，周日醒来没问题。有辣煎锅和水。星期天我们在上午 11:30 左右去了这里。我吃了 2 个 McDoubles、Large Fry、Parfait 和一个水果拳 HIC。下午 1 点左右我有胃痉挛、潮热和发冷。下午 3 点，我开始呕吐并且头疼得很厉害。到了下午 5 点，我无法忍受，否则我会变得超级轻盈。整晚剩下的时间都在干燥，胃痉挛和头痛。不呕吐就吃不了任何东西。服用了Excedrin偏头痛，喝了水和各种果汁，以保持水分并最大程度地减少头痛。现在是星期一上午10点，我因为没睡觉而精疲力尽，有胃痉挛、腹泻和头痛。还没呕吐。
