I went to chipotle about 1pm. I ordered a kids meal which consisted of two steak tacos with cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. My drink was a chocolate milk. That is the only thing I ate all day and I fell so ill around 8pm I could barely bathe my daughter without her help (toddler).  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had an iced coffee with almond milk and a Boston cream donut today from this location around 1pm. I became so violently ill within an hour and puked all over myself while driving. My entire body was shaking and sweating. I almost got into an accident from getting sick while driving.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
