点一杯含杏仁奶的中等冰卡斯梅尔拿铁然后喝醉了大约一半回家把它放在冰箱里睡觉晚上 11 点左右开始胃痛然后大约 12:30 胃痛加剧然后去洗手间然后开始呕吐半直然后回去睡觉然后回去睡觉然后有了第二天整天都有剧烈的胃痛。

2016 年 2 月 6 日购买了 Ranch Cobb 沙拉；沙拉是在 2016 年 2 月 7 日下午晚些时候吃的。2016 年 7 月 2 日晚上 10 点左右开始感觉恶心。午夜左右开始呕吐，然后在呕吐和腹泻之间交替进行，直到 2016 年 8 月 2 日凌晨 5 点 30 分。开始补水并再呕吐一次（清澈，主要是水）。最终能够保持 pedialite 和 7Up，并能够吃一些饼干。2016 年 2 月 9 日恢复，但仍然相当疲软。

我几乎肯定沃尔玛沙拉是原因。因为自 2016 年 2 月 7 日早餐以来我没吃过任何东西（谷物和牛奶）。

Had a French vanilla hot coffee with milk and sugar this am. My boyfriend and I both thought it tasted off.. I drank majority of it and am now violently sick puking and diarreah and feel like complete garbage. He has a slight stomach ache. I took my 4 kids and their Aunt and 3 cousins to the Bay City McDonalds in Texas. We ate various things...but the one thing the sick ones had in common was chicken nuggets, yogurt, and chocolate milk. Within 6 hours of eating the food.... 6 kids… 更多
