I ate a quesorito and nacho cheese with steak, I have vomited 15 times and had diarrhea all night (5 trips) vomit was rice, beans and steak.

My body did not want to digest any of it. 2 hours after eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I went to this location the night before yesterday ordered a jumbo Jack meal for me and my partner wanted a monster nacho taco and the wedges we both shar ed a onion ring this was 1200 am at 7 am she woke me and was really sick throwing up fever  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Went in on 2/24/2017 with 4 co-workers after work. We had 2 Chicken Nacho appetizers to share. 3 of us ate the guacamole, and 3 of us got violently sick. I got sick around 11pm that Sunday evening, and was violently throwing up all night. Was reported to Larimer County Public Health.  | 症状: 呕吐

Ordered 2 Mexi melts which were fine, but nacho supreme had a horrendous, bitter chemical taste. I threw them out, but had swallowed a bite. So regretting that, I am so nauseated I wish I would throw up.  | 症状: 恶心

我和我丈夫昨晚 7 点左右收到了 Taco Bell。我有一只鸡肉哈鲁帕他有一只裸鸡肉查鲁帕。我们俩还有墨西哥玉米片口味的 dorito locos taco，我以为它的味道和我记得的不一样，但我已经很久没有吃过了，我想我错了。

今天早上，我在凌晨 4 点醒来时感到恶心然后立即开始呕吐。我怀孕了，所以我首先想到的是我又一次因晨吐而出现，但后来我丈夫醒来后也开始呕吐。我们整天都有严重的腹泻和呕吐，但我们俩都没有发烧。我们还没有去看医生的唯一原因是因为我们身体上无法停止严重的呕吐或腹泻的时间足够长，无法去看医生。我甚至不得不重新安排今天的产科预约，因为我无法停止生病。太糟糕了，我们发誓再也不会在那里吃东西了。
