我在 5/3/16 @ 3:14 为自己和我的两个儿子订购了 Drive thru。我下午 5 点左右回到家。我吃了 #5 组合（炸玉米饼 9 月和 nacho BellGrande）我 17 岁的孩子有 2 个紧缩包装至高无上，而 5 岁的儿子吃了 Doritos 炸玉米饼。我在凌晨 2 点 30 分左右醒来时感到严重的胃痛腹泻和呕吐以及恶心。凌晨 3 点左右，我 5 岁的孩子醒来时出现了同样的症状。大约 5:30 我醒了我 17 岁的孩子，他也出现了同样的症状。我打电话给我的嫂子带我们去 ER。

2016 年 3 月 29 日星期二晚上 10 点 30 分左右吃了牛肉炸玉米饼沙拉和玉米片贝尔格兰德。症状始于 2016 年 3 月 30 日星期三上午 8 点左右，原因是恶心和头痛。早上 10 点开始呕吐，身体严重疼痛。以为是因为症状导致的流感去了急诊区，在那里他被诊断出患有鼻窦炎。尽管在 3 月 31 日，恶心并没有那么严重。腹部抽筋始于可以听到内部气体声音的地方有很多气味。

两晚前去过那里，我订购了一些装有 nacho 的强力烤架，然后在朋友家吃了。在那里睡着之后，我几个小时后醒来，开始在他的前院里呕吐，里面有大量的胆汁。我在 45 分钟内就去了那里 5 次，感觉很痛苦。当我尝试开车回家时，我不得不停下来在街边吐，实际上我不得不去几次。当我终于回到家时，由于我无法吐出其他任何东西，我胃痉挛了。我尝试保持水分，但是一旦我喝了任何东西，我就会呕吐刚刚消耗的任何东西立即备份。整天都是这样，处理可怕的胃痛和不停地呕吐。现在过了一天，我到目前为止写这篇文章时只是头痛和腹泻。这种经历绝对是可怕的，不仅是一种可怕和痛苦的经历，而且令人沮丧和尴尬的是，我不得不停下来让所有人看着我，因为我反复呕吐这个特许经营权保持和维持的令人作呕的方式是食物。我不可能回到那里，我也希望其他任何人吃了那种烂/受污染的牛肉，都不会有我遇到的更严重的问题。

my dad bought home jack in the box for lunch. He got me the nacho taco. Later on in the day I started to feel sick to my tummy. I felt like I was going to puke my tummy is in knots. I have the runs. I am in my bed resting now. Don't buy nacho tacos!!!! omg I feel awful. ????  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
