I ate an original chicken nugget kids meal on April 26, 2016 around 1pm with chic-fi-la sauce and a frozen lemonade. By 2pm I began feeling warm and and nauseous. I was up all night vomiting with diarrhea. I am still suffering from nausea and diarrhea 24 hours later.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

3 月 25 日星期五下午 1 点 30 分左右吃了午餐。订购了一块带薯条的 10 块金块。晚上 8 点左右开始出现胃痛。呕吐 9 点左右几个小时。仍然有恒定的 diahrea，现在是星期一。我再也不会在麦当劳的餐厅吃饭了，这是一堆肮脏的狗屎，我会传播这个词。

我等了大约 3-4 分钟后订购了食物，我收到了订单。我吃的第一件事是鸡块。我在鸡块里发现了一块奇怪的透明物质。以为只是胖了所以我继续吃饭。吃完掘金后我吃了薯条。炸薯条没完全吃完然后转到苹果派上。从苹果派中咬了两口之后，我的胃开始困扰我。我以为那不过是气体..然后大约 10-15 分钟后，我开始感到胃部疼痛，觉得自己好像需要上厕所一样。我赶回家去这样做。我吐了起来有 diarreha。第二天早上我拿了一些 pepeno 然后上床睡觉时出现了同样的问题，还有头晕的感觉和发烧略微升高。在多喝了几口 peot bismal 沙子喝了很多水之后，我开始感觉好一点了。
