earlier tonight around 9ish my son ate 12 count nugget meal within 2 hours he had severe nausea vomiting and diarrhea. hes been up all night with extreme abdominal pain and dry heaves its 5 am and hes still throwing up with diarrhea. no fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a mcchicken sandwich and my 19 month old goddaughter had a chicken nugget happy meal, around 6-8 hours later I started vomiting uncontrollably which is not ideal as I am 20 weeks pregnant, then at around 1am my goddaughter was up vomiting and was sick 3 times in the space of a few hours  | Symptoms: Vomiting
