下午 5 点半左右我收到了一个寿司卷。凌晨 12 点左右，我开始出现严重的胃痛和痉挛。我也感到头晕目眩，头晕，冒着热汗爆发，感到恶心。持续了大约一个小时，直到我开始作呕并最终呕吐。第二天早上和现在一样，胃痛和抽筋又回来了。我也知道这个地方在过去两周内刚在购物中心内开业。

我和妻子 8 月 2 日星期五晚上吃了。我们订购了虾天妇罗和鸡肉/虾 hibachi 组合以及股票期权。虾天妇罗卷对我来说味道有点奇怪，但我妻子不这么认为。第二天早上我妻子醒来时肚子疼了。实际上我很好直到下午晚些时候我的症状才开始出现。但是周末我们俩都有头晕，恶心，呕吐和身体疼痛。
