我在 2016 年 4 月 7 日星期四中午 12 点左右吃了东西。那天晚上睡觉后我病得了暴力。第二天我醒来，呕吐然后整天都感到恶心。我发烧了 101.5 度，发冷了，我脱水了。24 小时后恶心消退了。第二天出现腹泻。我通常不在 PE 吃饭，只是因为下班的小组坚持去体育锻炼。具有讽刺意味的是，我想在 chipotle 吃饭，那里也一样。我吃了太平洋辣椒虾、安格斯特色牛肉和蔬菜。我还有一个鸡蛋卷，但是太恶心了，我没有吃掉整个蛋卷。我派对的其余成员都没有吃同样的主菜，但是一个人吃了蛋卷。

I ate the chow mien, fried shrimp, spring roll, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken. Shortly after I felt nauseous and thought nothing of it then went to work. About 6 hours after eating a began having awful diarrhea, every time I think it's done and go to stand I feel awful again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
