My family and I went to taco bell on Saturday and we ordered our lunch which the order was messed up. Our order was fixed and we ate and I had 3 crunchy tacos with no lettuce and 3 cheesy roll ups. I purchased and ate a hot lunch plate: Chicken meatballs, potatoes with gravy, and steamed carrots. Also shared a cinnamon roll after the meal with my son. I drank a lemonade from the soda machine. Had severe stomach cramps overnight that led to diarrhea and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
