Got dinner Friday, May 11, 2018. Ate the Italian salad and lobster ravioli Symptoms started within an hour of consumption and still continuing now (1pm the next day) Had not eaten anything else that day prior to the dinner.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I had a taco shell salad w/o any meat plus rice and salsa from salad bar. Within hours (4 hrs) I had symptoms of bloating, flatulence and diarrhea (like never before!)! So far that’s the only time I have had to go luckily. I’m hoping it’s just… 更多

I made a salad at the salad bar. The salad was all vegetables, topped the quinoa, tabouleh, and ranch dressing. About 30 minutes after eating, I felt nauseous. Two hours later, vomitting began and continued for about 24 hours. At 36 hour mark, I am feeling much better and plan to resume eating.  | 症状: 呕吐

My wife went to a bridal shower event at the location. It was on 4/29 early afternoon. 4 people at her work that went to the same event got food poisoning with same symptoms. Symptoms started a day after. She ate steak and a salad with mixed vegetables.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
