I have been throwing up Thai chicken salad for 8 hours. It started with a stomach ache and dry heaving at the same time, ran to bathroom and room started to spin. Last thing I remember is my husband waking me up on he bathroom floor.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

17 年 12 月 1 日下午 12 点我在帕内拉吃了午餐。我点了一个金枪鱼沙拉三明治配生菜和薯条。我在 1ish 回到家时感到疲倦然后小睡了一会。午睡时我感到虚弱、恶心和胃痛。每次我起床时我都会感到恶心。几分钟过去了我很热又出汗了。再躺几分钟然后赶到浴室呕吐。我呕吐两次，温度为 101.7。现在是晚上 8 点，我仍然感到恶心和疲劳。

在下午 4 点 30 分左右吃了 Carnitas 沙拉 1/9/17，大约在晚上 7 点半左右，我开始感到胃部不适。从晚上 8 点 30 分到凌晨 4 点左右，我经历了严重的恶心和腹泻。第二天大部分时间我头痛和腹痛。

对于 Chiptotle 管理：订单 #234（17 年 1 月 9 日下午 4 点 18 分订购），如果你想查看这个，我有收据。我订购了两个 carnitas 沙拉（一个给我妻子），但是，由于第一个沙拉的问题（那天晚上晚些时候是给她的），一个就掉进了垃圾桶。

我不打算再吃 Chipotle 了。

2017 年 1 月 1 日星期日，我在密歇根州芬顿的 Applebee “s 吃过饭。我把 Beerbrew Beef 放在土豆泥之上。因为我只吃了前两块牛肉，所以我以为它味道很像野味，就像你慢煮鹿肉以获得野味的时候一样。我把剩下的饭带回家了。我和妈妈和两个姐妹在一起。我妈妈拿到了 6 盎司的沙朗，我们其余的人吃了上面提到的同样的饭。吃完大约 2 小时后我开始出现胃痛和恶心。我呕吐了两次，但腹泻持续了将近 24 小时。第二天我和姐妹们谈过，他们也有类似的经历。另一方面，我妈妈没有。我们唯一吃同样的东西就是扔沙拉。
