2 月 10 日星期六晚上，我吃了通心粉意大利面配香肠和马里纳拉酱以及一片分层蛋糕。第二天早上，我经历了严重的腹泻，身体疼痛和发冷/高烧。第三天后腹泻停止了。但是我还在疼痛现在恶心。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 寒战, 身体疼痛

Had sausage roll and after eating went home and felt sick. Ended up bed bound for 4 days with fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea never felt that way before. Only ate the roll from Gregg in the morning so I know for a fact that was it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

i went through the drive through and ordered two sausage muffins with buffalo sauce. The sauce tasted super weird and was extremely cold, i ate it anytways because i was already late for my class, two hours later my symptoms got really bad  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
