Purchased pre-made spaghetti and meatballs. Approximately 7 hours after consuming it, I suffered from nausea and vomiting throughout the night. Diarrhea began 4-5 hours after first bout of vomiting. Body is sore and hurts all over and can't maintain a comfortable temperature.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Had 6 Oz sirloin rare, salad, spaghetti sqash on 12/29/16 approx 630 pm. Felt nauseated within 2 hours, then started throwing up. Diarrhea next followed by fever. Had severe cramping 24 hours later with diarrhea and still have diarrhea now on 12/31/16  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I had the seafood spaghetti . Proteins were lobster , mussels, squid and shrimp. i ate it last night between 7-9pm . Started feel nauseous soon after i left the restaurant after 9pm. Nauseous the entire night . vomiting every few hours since 3am . still vomiting at 12pm .  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

9 月 28 日星期三在帕西诺斯吃了晚饭。分享了菠菜/朝鲜蓟蘸酱以及带意大利面的帕尔马干酪鸡。我丈夫吃的比我多，导致他在午夜之前开始呕吐。他继续呕吐，每小时都有严重的水样腹泻。我开始经历严重的腹部痉挛，然后在早上 6 点连续出现水样的 diahrea。这种情况持续了几个小时。我今天中午要打电话给经理告诉他发生了什么事，这样他们就不会毒死其他任何人。

我在 8 月 31 日星期三晚上 8 点 45 分从 Panetta “s 购买了外卖食品。我订购了意大利面条和肉丸。我发现这顿饭比平常更辣，但什么也没想到。下午 1 点左右我开始猛烈呕吐。我反复呕吐然后昏倒，直到早上 8 点半我终于被带到急诊室。我有可怕的胃痉挛，那时我正在呕吐胆汁，因为我的系统里什么都没剩下。我又呕吐了4.5个小时。我得到了液体和 Phenergan。我得到了剧本然后在下午 3 点 30 分左右被送回家。那是我一生中最糟糕的白天和黑夜，我确信我从来没有接近死亡。腹泻从第二天开始，从那以后我一直在吃可怕的透明液体饮食。我现在正处于 48 小时窗口的第 47 个小时出现最严重的食物中毒症状。我精疲力尽而且脱水了。我的胃还在燃烧。

我和家人在酒店度假了一个星期。第二天晚上，我们在酒店的餐厅吃饭，当时我还很小的时候就从儿童菜单上吃东西，当时有报价或类似的东西。我吃了意大利面条，长话短说我过夜，第二天早上我在厕所里出汗呕吐，经常头疼。这对我来说有点毁了假期。
