我订购了加奶油的草莓奶昔，在 30 分钟内就开始感到恶心。当我回到家时，我开始连续呕吐 3 次，连续两次在凌晨 5 点发冷、发烧、呕吐，发烧和恶心直到第二天下午。自从我去度假以来最糟糕的经历。

Daughter had chicken sandwich, fries and strawberry milkshake. Purchased at and eaten just after 7pm.
Daughter started vomiting around 11.30 pm and continued through the night. Stopped vomiting around 7am but had fever 37.8 degrees on digital thermometer.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
