Taco bell food. Lettuce i think., I got sick alone. I at the food at around 9pm and started getting pain in my stomach a few hours later. Started vomiting heavily in the morning mostly food pieces and bile. I thought i was gonna die.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 胆汁

It was the taco Bell. Was the quesadilla and a soft shell taco., I stopped for lunch at noon. It was only me who ordered my food. My symptoms started Less than 2 hours later.  | 症状: 发烧, 腹泻, 呕吐, 恶心
