I went to Saltgrass in Lewisville, Tx and ate a small bowl of taco soup and a chicken fried steak. 4-5 hours later I was so sick. Throwing up with diarrhea. It was the sickest I have ever been. 我星期五晚上吃了塔可钟。我吃了纳乔薯条。多力多滋塔可。然后弗里托放墨西哥卷饼。我在周六凌晨 5 点左右醒来时感觉超级 Naseus，然后开始扔掉我前一天晚上吃的所有食物。我在 48 小时以上没有呕吐的情况下无法进食或喝水。现在已经是第 3 天了，我仍然感到发烧，发冷并且有头痛。我最后一次呕吐是今天星期一早上 9 点左右。
