3/27 吃了 Olive Garden 的鸡肉阿尔弗雷多，3/28 吃了加牛奶的柴茶。像我在 3 月 28 日晚上之前从未做过的那样呕吐，然后在 3/31 再次呕吐。腹泻始于 3/29-4/2。我从来没有这么恶心，出汗和发冷，但没有发烧。减掉了 9 磅。打电话给咨询护士 4/2，他同意这听起来像是食物中毒，因为我没有疼痛或发烧，并给了我家庭护理的想法让我感觉好些。再吃平淡的食物（大米、苹果酱、香蕉、纯白吐司、咸饼干、佳得乐）3 天，终于开始感觉好些，能够消化普通食物。让我对 Olive Garden 三思而后行！
