订购了 4 块鸡胸肉。Appx 下午 4:45是应用程序 515。吃了所有 4 个招标，肉汁、吐司、薯条和白 queso 奶酪酱。Appx 945 开始感到恶心和疲倦，去洗澡 appx 1030 我的胃感觉里面有个大结。我开始起伏然后我一遍又一遍地呕吐和呕吐。我可以在我的呕吐物里品尝招标。它烧伤了我的喉咙，因为它会变得非常酸性。我喝了水但无法按住它然后又吐了一次。在淋浴间里吐了3次，之后又吐了2次。现在是晚上 11 点 51 分，我的胃很嫩而且还在打结。喉咙非常干燥和疼痛。我仍然觉得我可以多吐一点，但我正在尽力不这样做。我没有腹泻，但我坐在马桶上，我的内心在滚动，我觉得自己要排便，我通常在早上这样做。我想我不会再去那里吃饭了... 希望我是今晚唯一一个经历过这种不幸经历的人。我希望我能尽快感觉良好。我因为呕吐太厉害而偏头痛，我的直肠肌恶化了，膀胱掉落了，我可以在接下来的几周内接受手术。

Had the Avacado Toast with over easy eggs and side salad on 2/2/2020. Within 2 hours became violently ill. Started with headache, then vomiting, then diarrhea. Continued for 3 hours non-stop. Finally went to ER. Now 2 days later and still bed bound and can hardly eat… 更多

 I got sick hours after eating here I ordered french toast bacon and eggs with water, and later on I ordered a milk shake drinking only 1/4 of it. 2 hours later i was home in bed with stomach pain and 30 minutes after that i was vomiting for 7.5 hours. 1(me) sick.   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛
