My wife and I had lunch yesterday. She had the Fuji apple Salad (with Green Goddess dressing) and turkey sandwich. I had a tuna sandwich and mac-n-cheese. I shared some of her salad with her. We both got sick within 30 of eating with the same symptoms. Gas, Diarrhea, and minor headache.  | 症状: 腹泻, 头痛, 煤气

Went for lunch and we got southwest egg rolls, Thai chicken wraps and I got the filet medallions and ahi tuna. For dinner I had chicken tenders and a little mac and cheese at HopCat. Not sure which one got me sick but I’ve been in the bathroom since 3 am and still sick to my stomach.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

A tuna sandwich , 4 hours after eating the subway tuna I got chills and light headed then developed a fever of 101 with severe stomach pains. This was all I had eaten since the previous day  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 寒战, 胃痛
