We were intoxicated by a can of tuna recently purchased and newly opened from Costco, me and my wife had diarrhea and vomiting for the next 18 hours and we had to go to the doctor. My wife got a shot to get her nausea to stop.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Tuna and cheese melt from Costa coffee on 15/3/19 gave me the worst food poisoning of my life. Was laid up for 36 hours and have physical damage to a tract in my stomach from the strain of vomiting violently for so long. I'm never eating in any Costa again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Service was great. No issues there.
Order a wrap with tuna fish, tomato and cheese on it.
Within an hour I started getting horrible stomach cramps, which quickly turned into liquid diarrhea. I'm still in the middle of the symptoms, hopefully it doesn't get worse.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋
