12 月 2 日星期四下午 4 点）... 我从自助餐吧吃了各种外卖食物，大部分是炖牛肉和素食烤宽面条。
我整晚都感到不舒服，肚子里充满了东西，好像食物不会消化一样。大约早上 7 点我变得非常恶心，非常疲劳。整天我都有干燥的天堂，可怜但可以带来食物。我整天都有间歇性腹泻，到星期五结束时，即使我一天中大部分时间都睡着了，我仍然感到非常疲惫。星期五晚上我继续因同样的症状而感到不适，试图喝酒，但只能压下一口。我想去找博士但是一个人无法下床打赌，周六上午开始感觉好些，但仍然很虚弱。直到周六下午才能吃任何固体的东西，只能吃一块面包。

On December 18th my wife and I ate at the Jersey City Applebee’s. My wife is vegetarian so she’s fine but I ate the boneless chicken tenders and the chicken lime fiesta and got horribly sick that evening with diarrhea and nausea that has lasted 3 days… 更多

I ate this pasta that came with meat sauce, but since I’m vegetarian, I asked for it without. The pasta was really good, I also had some breadsticks. The day after I went to Applebee’s I had diarrhea and cramps.  | 症状: 腹泻

我在 2018 年 11 月 11 日从伦敦前往肯尼迪国际机场，在 Pret A Manger 购买了早餐和午餐。

早餐时我买了一个素食蛋奶油蛋卷。午餐时我买了火鸡馅三明治和甜菜沙拉三明治沙拉。我马上吃了早餐，几个小时后吃了三明治和沙拉作为午餐。对于饮料，我买了柠檬水和生姜的东西。

我整天什么都没吃。到达纽约后，吃完午饭大约 5 个小时后，我开始感到恶心。2 小时后，我开始呕吐，出现腹泻、盗汗、发烧、抽筋和发冷。我一生中从来没有这么恶心过。症状持续了大约一天。

2018 年 11 月 17 日星期六，我参加了在旧金山凯悦酒店举行的加州消费者律师安装和颁奖晚宴。晚上 7 点至 8 点左右，我吃了一顿三道菜的沙拉、素食主菜和水果挞。不久之后我就开始胃痛了。当我回到家时，我得了腹泻和呕吐。在活动结束后的 24 小时内，除了疲劳、发冷和肌肉酸痛之外，我还经历了更多的胃痛、腹泻和呕吐物。我知道那一定是活动中的食物，因为在过去的八个小时里我什么都没吃过。食物中毒使我的一天陷入瘫痪。
