我点了一英尺长的素食主义者搭配 Chipotle 酱的扁面包。上半场味道正常且不错。下半场味道很奇怪，我又咬了几口只是因为我无法分辨是我的味蕾还是沙子。在我确认是时髦的酱汁之后我就把它扔掉了。无论如何我现在在浴缸里有严重的偏头痛/抖动。我知道我很快就会吐出来因为我一直在作呕。我再也不会在那里吃东西了

Got the vegetarian sandwich to take to work with me, about two hours after eating it had to call a supervisor to finish my shift due to vomiting on and off and a sudden fever. It was all I had eaten that night, so fairly confident it was the sandwich.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
