2017 年 12 月 30 日星期六下午 1 点左右在午餐时吃了素食根蔬菜千层面。在几个小时之内，我感到胃部恶心和恶心。整个晚上都感到极度恶心和头痛。周日恶心持续，腹泻，轻度发烧 100 和头痛。我家里没有人吃过烤宽面条或生病。

I ordered the build your own pizza, vegetarian. It had all veggies and cheese. I only ate two slices, and literally not even an hour later my stomach was upset. The following hour, everything from the pizza came back up. After that I felt a little better but still nauseous. Don’t go here. Ever!!  | 症状: 呕吐

像往常一样，我在柜台买了一些碎牛肉和菲力牛排。菲力不如往常好，但我还是吃了，我的孩子们吃了碎牛肉。在把碎牛肉送给孩子之前，我尝过碎牛肉，看起来还可以（没关系，本来可以更好）。几个小时后，我的一个孩子生病了（呕吐多次至少 24 小时），然后我和我的另一个孩子真的生病了，在几个小时内呕吐了很多次，感觉虚弱，脱水了 24 小时。只有我的素食丈夫没有生病，所以我们就是这样认为这是牛肉的原因，因为在那次活动之前我们绝对健康和健康。另外，据我记得，那天在柜台为我服务的那个人没有戴任何手套。我什么也没对他说但我很惊讶...
