I felt nauseous a day after eating chipotle and went to the emergency room after vomiting. I have been sick ever since and have had diagnosises of parasites from contaminated food and bacteria from contaminated food or water as well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a chicken bowl with white & brown rice, black beans, chicken, mild and medium salsa, corn, cheese, and lettuce. Chips and hot salsa on the side. Didn't get hit until 5 hours after eating it and it all came up and out the back end. Extremely painful.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
