我吃了一个 barbacoa 碗。有了我不想提的食物，因为我感到恶心。我拿了几勺然后坐了一会儿。接下来我知道的是，我带着腹泻冲上厕所感觉恶心。我开车去我家然后发冷了，一切都很糟糕。再也不会吃墨西哥辣椒了

I ate 1/3rd of the veggie bowl around 4:30, when I got home I ate the rest around 8:00, so it was at exactly half way done when I instantly felt nauseous and threw up after vomiting the chipotle food I was feverish and threw up again 2 hours later  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I ate a salad with chicken, pinto beans, corn, "medium" salsa, sour cream, and vinaigrette at lunchtime. I felt strange immediately, nauseous within an hour, and vomited a large amount that evening. Still having bouts of nausea two days later.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
