I ate a chicken burrito bowl around 10:30pm on May 22, 2016. Around 1am I started feeling funny but I tried to go to sleep, then at 4am on May 23, 2016 I started having diarrhea. Then at 6:45am I threw up twice. I'm still going to the bathroom for diarrhea and it is 1:58pm  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

我在 16 年 5 月 20 日 @ 11:32 购买了鸡肉卷饼。那天晚上晚些时候我说感觉非常疲倦和恶心。我凌晨 3 点醒来准备工作，感觉好像发烧了，肚子里有发冷和起泡的感觉。几分钟后，我开始呕吐大约 15 分钟，然后出现了一例腹泻。整天我都感觉很恐怖。今天是第三天，我还有腹泻，我仍然感觉天气不好，胃还起泡。
