I ate a bowl with black beans, rice, chicken, and cheese, a few hours later I threw up for about 5 minutes. I went to an urgent care clinic and the doctor said it was food poisoning.  | 症状: 呕吐

I had a steak bowl with black beans on Thurs Mar 17 at Chipotle Irvine Spectrum. Within 90 minutes I had diarrhea that lasted almost 48 hrs.  | 症状: 腹泻

我在 2016 年 3 月 17 日星期四去了 Chipotle。我订购了一个鸡肉碗，里面有白/糙米、黑豆、温和的莎莎酱、玉米和奶酪。吃完之后我感觉还不错，直到第二天因为 diaherra 我不得不跑去洗手间。我星期六早上醒来，又跑到洗手间。我感觉很恶心，胃痉挛。

Chicken Burrito Bowl Wednesday. Diarrhea and vomiting began Thursday AM; it is now Saturday, with no sign of recovery. Is it the organic fertilizer being used? Modern farming is healthier than old fashioned and sickening manure. Organic=grown in shit.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
