晚上 9 点左右订购了两个汉堡包和小薯条。回到家，整个晚上都经历了抽筋、发烧和打嗝。凌晨 4 点醒来然后呕吐。今天整个腹泻很多。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋, Burping

I ate a steak sandwich on christmas day at 7:30 P.M at the Airport Tim Hortons. When we arrived in Florida I woke up at 8a.m feeling terrible and progressively got worse. Began vomiting at 10 a.m and was hospitalized overnight at 4:00 pm. Severely dehydrated and still vomiting  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

McDonald's at B11 at 8:30 pm Dec. 26th. 3 of us. All got sick . One had a quarter pounder w cheese. One with fries only. One with crispy chicken w mushroom on a roll, dries and coke. All 3 of us shared the same coke.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I was travelling with my sales manager from Frankfurt to Auckland. We stopped off at San Francisco International Airport and used United Lounge near gate 70. Only food we both had, and both of us extremely sick - virtually comatosed, was pork ball soup and cheese cubes.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
