晚上 7 点至 6 月 18 日上午 11 点左右吃了两个麦当劳的辣鸡肉三明治和一个 McDouble 芝士汉堡吃午饭开始感觉迟钝。呕吐太多了以至于我实际上吐了一些血。腹泻，现在发烧了大约两天半，由于颈部和身体疼痛而持续发冷和无法入睡。明天去看医生

2018 年 6 月 19 日星期二，我吃了这个 Whataburger 的香肠 taquito。当时我注意到，taquito 没有正常的味道，但根据我的最佳判断，在无法忍受之前，我投入了一半的味道。在 6 个小时内，我开始食欲不振，努力吃午餐，8 小时内我出现了腹泻。晚上 9 点左右回到家后，我发烧了 103 度，伴随着剧烈的疼痛和发冷。我开始每 15 分钟腹泻一次。这种情况持续了 3 天。我在急诊室寻求治疗静脉输液和实验室。我被带着抗痉挛药物和抗生素送回家，我的血液被送去培养。我现在已经生病了 5 天以上，并且已确认沙门氏菌中毒。我的症状仍然很严重，周一早上我必须打电话给胃肠道咨询。我正在寻找可能分享我的经验的其他人吗？

After I ate from this establishment I ended up getting ill. I know it was from here because 30 mins after I got cramping on my right side . It’s been 3 weeks and my body is still not normal .
