I ate the vegetarian sandwich at around 9 pm (white bread, tofu, greens, tomato, guac, no pesto, no cheese), started feeling nauseous not long after. I tried going to bed about 10:30 but tossed and turned with a fever and nausea until vomiting it all up at 2am.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a citrus chicken salad and bowl of clam chowder. Approximately 3-4 hours later, became extremely nauseated and spent about the next 6 hours or so vomiting.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Got the sandwich and salad box combo that came with cuban grilled sandwich and glazed chipoltle pork salad. Got it on Nov 14th and next day started getting diarrhea and a fever, and got worst gor the next 3 days with nausea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered a Salinas Valley Salad on Friday, Oct 20th for a late lunch, started getting stomach cramps later in the evening. Woke up Saturday the 21st with stronger stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
