星期一下午 3 点左右我吃了小盘肉丸。我整天都没吃东西，所以我知道这就是造成它的原因。几个小时后，我肚子生病了然后吐了起来。大约晚上 8 点左右，我开始发烧，从 99.6 开始到 102.6。整个星期二我都生病了，导致我错过了工作。现在是星期三我终于生病了，但我非常虚弱，必须吃一顿固体餐。不会回去的。

I ate tilapia fish on 1/26/2019 at 5pm. I was there with my family and friends party of 8 total. I was the only one that I ordered Tilapia. I started Feeiling sick at 7:30pm

Tuesday Aug 21st 2018, my friend and I both ate the house salad and the Chicken noodle soup. Within 24 hours we were both sick. I was hospitalized from Thursday to Saturday. My friends stool sample came back positive for Campylobacter and E-coli. We are both being treated with meds.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
