回到家后我开始感到有点臃肿，睡觉后我突然变得鼻息，感觉就像我得了 diarreah 并且在痛苦中皱了皱巴巴。

I got a bowl with brown rice, chicken, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. Within 3 hours I had horrible cramping, had diarrhea, and started vomiting 8 hours after eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

18 年 4 月 7 日购买了一个沙拉碗，里面装有生菜、煮熟的蔬菜、鸡肉、热莎莎、奶酪和酸奶油。进食后不到一个小时就经历了胃痉挛、发冷、肌肉疼痛、腹泻和恶心。所有症状持续24小时，胃痉挛和腹泻持续数天。拿了 benedrl 和 pepto bismol。
