McChicken 有一边是牧场，晚上 9 点 50 分左右我点了一些 Mcchickens 和一台 mcDouble，回家后我只吃一个 Mcchicken。吃的时候它的味道和平常的味道不同，但我饿了所以我吃了。我吃的每一口味道都不一样，但我没有多加考虑。晚上 11 点左右我上床睡觉时我的胃很痛，但我还是去睡觉了，希望胃能消失。凌晨 1 点左右我醒来时胃痛很厉害，所以我喝了一些水，去洗手间，然后回去睡觉。那时我感到更加痛苦和想吐的冲动，所以我跑到洗手间开始呕吐。我把吃过的 McChicken 呕吐了，导致喉咙有烧灼感。之后我的胃还很痛，但没有呕吐之前那么严重。 少看

I havent eaten anything all day and decided to go to Chipotle around 8:00 p.m. I ordered a burrito bowl, chicken with rice, guacamole, lettuce and sour cream. I only ate about 1/4 of the bowl when I felt my stomach hurting. I drove 5 miles away … 查看更多

I ate here with my girlfriend, the staff here were lovely but apparently weren't very attentive of the food. My guess would be the the sour cream i had in my burrito bowl did it. She didn't get sick but she only had chips and salsa  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
