Ate a steak burrito at chipotle and within an hour I was throwing up. I had to leave work early. Continued to vomit, I had a fever throughout the night, and had diarrhea the next day. By the third day I no longer had diarrhea or vomiting but felt achy and with an upset stomach.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Ate around 4pm( ordered a bowl with tomatoes, cheese, black beans, steak)stomach cramps began around 9pm, eventually ended up throwing up and experiencing extreme nausea.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
