7 月 15 日星期五晚餐时间左右吃了，吃了几个小时后呕吐了好 5 个小时，睡了，周六早上醒来感觉不舒服，呕吐并且整天都有腹泻，无法保持任何食物或水，头痛严重，胃痛严重，只能喝姜汁汽水，尝试吃一点汤星期天但继续感到恶心。

I checked off fever, but I never really checked to see if I had one. But I was trembling, shivering, hot/cold... your typical symptoms. I ordered a burrito bowl -- white rice, pinto beans, chicken, lettuce, sour cream, and some veggies. Symptoms occurred about an hour after.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

Steak burrito, black beans, brown rice, all the salsas, grilled veggies, sour cream, lettuce. Felt fine for about 8 or 10 hours but have been up all night with diarrhea every hour. Threw up this morning. Overall feel terrible, no appetite to speak of.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
