我大约 2 个小时前吃了，30 分钟后开始感到恶心，只是我在吃东西。吃完我的碗里有糙米、平托豆、莎莎酱、辣酱、生菜和鳄梨调味酱后，我立即开始胃部不适，30 分钟左右后真的开始疼痛恶化。没有腹泻或呕吐。极度的胃痛。

Four of us got take out from this location on 08/31/19 around 6-7pm. Two of us had the steak and by noon of 09/01/19 were vomiting, having diarrhea and had severe nausea with the only common link being the steak from here  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Had a chicken bowl with the same ingredients as my sister but she had sour cream and guacamole. 4 hours later she's sick as a dog with stuff coming out both ends. it was sour cream or guacamole, Aug 31, 1pm was our meal.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Had a chicken on August 28th around 1AM, I’ve been having diarrhea since 6AM that morning and it’s sill persisting. I’ve never been sick before after eating their food. But never eating there again for sure.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
