我于 19 年 8 月 16 日星期五 1:30 左右去了那里。我点了一个带鸡肉的墨西哥卷饼碗。吃完一个小时后，我的胃开始抽筋。我知道那是食物里的，因为那是我整天唯一吃过的东西。开车回家时我的症状恶化了。我整晚都生病了呕吐、发冷、严重的胃痉挛。这个地方需要尽快做些事情！

I had a chicken burrito with brown rice and white rice, peppers, sour cream, mild, hot, and spicy sauce, lettuce, tomato and corn and maybe after 5 hours of consuming it on the 15th, I had diarrhea multiple days that day and on the 16th as well. I also am experiencing it this morning on the 17th  | 症状: 腹泻
