今天早上我在玛格丽特路加油站附近的格雷格斯买了股份烘焙。我正在呕吐，感觉虚弱，胃部疼痛。我简直不敢相信自己得了这种病，因为我以为自己是食物毒药并且经常上厕所，这让我变得最糟糕。食物是半温的，服务很慢，这让我担心工作人员管理不当。

12 点左右买了一个炭烤的椭圆形鸡肉小吃，结帐女士把它和热馅饼放在同一个袋子里我下午 1 点左右回家后就吃了三明治。为茶做了一个意大利面烘烤，因为感觉臃肿，我很难吃。晚上 7 点左右我感到恶心和头晕到晚上 10 点我生病了腹泻  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头晕, 腹胀
