I ate breakfast there yesterday morning 7-14-18. I had the sausage McMuffin with cheese, hash brown and coffee with cream and sugar. I started feeling sick later on and spent the past 18 hours vomiting and having diarrhea. It has been awful! I can’t even keep crackers… 更多

我在 7 月 4 日在这家麦当劳吃过饭，7 月 7 日在往返家庭团聚的路上又吃过饭。两次我都吃了 Filet-O-Fish 三明治和配菜沙拉。7 月 9 日我醒来时感到疼痛。它从那里发展为疼痛、发冷、恶心，但没有呕吐、极度腹泻和疲劳。在我听说该国其他地区的沙拉疑似食物中毒之前，我以为自己得了严重的胃流感。我之所以报告此事，是因为担心这种情况可能比目前已知的更为普遍。我已经稳定了 3 天，现在又开始有胃口了。这不好玩！

I have been eating the Soutwest Salad with grilled chicken for several weeks now. Usually having 3-4 of the salads weekly.

I had McDonald’s yesterday around 7pm I couldn’t finish my McChicken since I’d gotten nauseous. By 8:30 pm the stomach pain started which is horrible. By midnight I had constant diarrhea it’s 11 am now and I still go to the bathroom every 30 mins I’m not… 更多

I had a 6 PC Chicken Nugget kid meal. Ate the chicken, fries and diet Coke.
Nausea started an hour later. Stomach cramps, gas, for the next several hours. Threw up approx 9 hours after eating it.
