I ate around 11:30am and by 1pm I was in the bathroom with diarrhea, nausea, puked slightly, fever, ended up sleeping for an hour and a half and it's been about 3.5 hours and I still feel sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

有鱼片鱼、火、苏打水、饼干。在里面吃了。
这是 2017 年 11 月 11 日下午 2 点半左右。第二天
上午 10 点半没有地方呕吐。躺下，当它醒来时头晕并处于严重疼痛中。
医生检查和验血并告诉这是食物中毒她说那是我那天在 ModonAlds 吃的实际食物.
不是所有的麦当劳或其他任何东西。

I ate buttery chicken sandwich meal with a coke to drink. Had this at 12:15 pm and my symptoms started at 3:20ish. Felt nauseous and went to lie down just to get back up to vomit all the food out. Now I have loose stool, watery bowl. Time now is 5:58pm  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
