Broccoli cheddar soup and fruit cup, I got the food at the drive through and parked and ate.  I went back to my office and started getting diarrhea about an hour later.  Then i got extremely dizzy and laid down.  My husband came about 2 hrs later… 更多

Thai chicken salad and 10 vegetable soup. , Only I became ill. It’s was about two hours after the food was picked up and immediately eaten (about 20 mins from time of picking up order and eating food. Food was still freshly made  | 症状: 呕吐

我今天选了两个，鸡肉塞萨尔沙拉配鸡肉面条汤。，我今天下午大约吃了 2 点。我是唯一一个随餐一起吃沙拉的人。我也是今晚唯一开始呕吐的人。早些时候我睡觉之前感觉有点生气，但除此之外我感觉还不错。我从睡眠中醒来的感觉就像我需要上厕所一样。然后当我上厕所的时候我感到恶心然后开始呕吐。这发生在上午 12:30。
