I've tried too many times. Every time I come to this one, I feel like vomiting or I actually vomit. This time I had the vomit but mixed with now, a 2AM meeting at the toilet. Chicken Nachos with Chicken, Queso and Guacamole. Last time it was Steak, Queso and Guacamole. I can't do this again  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I ordered the 3 two-time tacos. They were out of pork which comes on it she thru substituted steak. I added sour cream and a side of guac. I don't know the exact culprit but within after about an hour I could feel and taste lunch. 4… 更多

steak burrito, We ate at the restaurant about 700pm. My husband had the steat burritto. 11 or so started vomiting, diareah and stomach cramps. 4 days later he is still having severe stomach cramps.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
