- comments: observed gaps along baseboards in rear prep area by 3- compartment sink, rear door, washroom wall tiles. Instructed to seal/ repair to prevent any hiding place for pest.

I had a chicken bacon ranch foot long sub and the chicken was rubbery. I woke up in the middle of the night with severe stomach cramps and I was soaked in sweat. I felt the urge to vomit and took a pepto bismol  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 其他, 抽筋, 出汗

My 7yr old grandson had a ham and cheese on wheat with mustard and mayonnaise and
A lemonade. On 4/21/2020. At 3:00pm Within an hour he was severely nauseous and had diarrhea from 4:00 pm till now 9:00am the next day and is still feeling ill.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

After eating there I felt nauseous and went to bed I woke up and started vomiting  Just me. I felt nauseous shortly after eating so I went to bed and I woke up about an hour later and I have been vomiting since!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
