晚餐时购买热和牧场酱鸡翅，配以土豆块和大蕉。我醒来看我的儿子 votiming 然后我的腹泻开始了。在过去的 8 个小时里，我一直有严重的胃痛以及腹泻和呕吐。如果情况没有好转，我将前往 ER。

Ate the sour cream on 3 seperate occasions not realizing it was what was causing illness, first time was bad indigestion for a day, second time was vomitting indigestion and diarha for 3 days and the third time has been everything for nearly one month.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
