10 月 23 日星期二晚上 7 点左右，我在温迪斯吃了鸡块薯条鸡肉 BLT 三明治辣椒巧克力冷淡和流行音乐.上床睡觉 100％ 健康但醒来时头痛严重的寒流鼻涕流鼻涕喉咙痛耳痛肺 Flem 咳嗽。我没有发烧，只需要选择一个症状就可以继续。这可能是来自食物还是其他东西...

The only thing I had to eat yesterday was frozen waffles and krafts Mac and cheese besides Wendys. So I am 100% positive it was from the burger I ate. I had a junior cheeseburger and French fries at 1230 pm October 25 2018. Last night at around midnight my symptoms started and lasted all night.  | 症状: 腹泻

Its the new location in Duluth Hwy in Lawrenceville GA 30046. Next to the hospital & chick Gil a. 4 for 4 chicken sandwich w medium fruit punch. A baconator meal w medium fruit punch. 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers w frosty. They forgot my cookies that I ordered as well
3 got sick 2 adults 1 toddler  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
