had single Dave's Number 1, with fries and a root beer. Three hours later I was attacked by extreme pain in my man parts, abdominal pain and severe vomiting. Second day, July 4th 2018. Still nauseous and have severe cramping. Vomiting has subsided some. Still very sick.… 更多

Got Chili and ate about 2pm was nauseous at 5pm, diarrhea at 6pm and vomiting about the same time. Only thing I ate since 9am and that was toast. Wife got sick too. Kids did not. Wife ate the chili, kids didn't. Great 4th of July locked in the toilet.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate a jr bacon cheeseburger, four chicken nuggets (bbq dipping), frys, chocolate frosty around 3:30pm July 4,2018. Got sick to my stomach about 45 mins later and threw up about 4:30pm  | 症状: 呕吐

At 7pm my daughter Had 10 piece nuggets with fries & sprite I had a son of baconater and 4 piece nugget with fries and sweet tea from the drive thru. Within 2 hours my daughter and I started vomiting and having diarrhea. I’m throwing my husbands… 更多

I ate about 5pm. I grabbed a homestyle chicken sandwich, medium fry and a medium diet dr. Pepper. I started having stomach issues in almost half an hour. Stomach started rolling. My stomach was in knot. Within two hours I was having terrible diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
