Had a chicken bowl for lunch with my wife. This was the only thing that we had that day that was the same. Around 7pm she started to feel nauseous and starting to vomit. I starting getting the same symptoms around 8:30pm. Vomiting and diarrhea.

I had a beef burrito there two days ago. Six hours after consumimg i felt chills and got diarrhea. Its progrrssively gotten worse with stomach cramps and diarrhea.

Barbacoa bowl with sour cream, cheese and guacamole. Ate at 14:00, throwing up by 17:30. Vomiting proceeded by nausea and not relieved by it

Had a Barbacoa buritto with rice, black beans, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and chips and salsa today for lunch, 7 hours later severe diarrhea and vomiting.
